Finding Your Authentic Self

You are invited to a seminar on Finding Your Authentic Self using the new science of addiction recovery.

There are three important questions to answer when it comes to finding one’s happiness, joy, and well being and they are?

  1. Why should I attend?
  2. How does it work?
  3. What does it cost?

WHY?

At the risk of offending you, my reader, do you know why you don’t have the depth of relationships you want? What about the job, salary, friends, marriage, or hobbies you want? This isn’t a self-help, motivating experience. They don’t work. Telling yourself that you’re great, lovable, awesome, and a hunk-a-hunk of professional success never gets further than your mouth. The subconscious, which rules your behavior, doesn’t believe a word you are saying and no amount of repeating it will change that.

Do you know why you want to heal or change?

We as humans are hard wired to connect. When we don’t connect, we feel pain. When we feel pain, we medicate. The medicating process removes us from happiness, joy, and well being. Imagine reducing or eliminating chronic pain and addictive behavior without the use of prescription medication or surgery. There is a far more robust approach to recovery than sitting passively in a 12-step program and labeling yourself as an addict or taking replacement narcotics.

Any behavior that removes you from your stated goals of happiness, joy, and well being is a medicating process that produces pain numbing chemicals. If you want to mend broken relationships, stop smoking, lose weight, or improve your professional viability, this process uses two powerful systems that have wonderful statistical evidence of success, (1) healing the gut microbiome, and (2) healing unresolved trauma from the past (causation).

The unique aspect of this process is that the research has always been conducted independent of each other. To our knowledge, putting the healing of the gut and the healing of past trauma together into a single system is in the infancy stage of research.

HOW?

By addressing the pain that comes from inflammation. Pain is something we all have and our western approach to medicine has conditioned us to take a pill and sit on our bottoms and we will heal. That’s craziness. It’s taken you decades to achieve the current level of pain you are in. Running past the drive-through window to collect your medication and passively waiting for healing to manifest defies logic. 

You have two areas of inflammation that must be addressed for the pain to subside. The first is your gut microbiome. It is no longer if you are toxic, but rather, how toxic are you? Up to 80% of your serotonin (balance drug) is produced in your gut. The Standard American Diet (SAD) is creating obesity, diabetes, and a host of other chronic illnesses by the millions. This kind of pain and illness is up to 98% preventable.

The second area is your subconscious hijacking your behavior against your willpower and value system. The healing process is usually beyond talk therapy and utilizes mindfulness and regression therapy to remove past trauma that sits below the cognitive level and creates havoc with your feelings, beliefs, behaviors, and relationships. Once the healing is addressed (causation), you will experience an abundance of Emotional Intelligence skills and systems to produce the kind of life style that is sustainable.

Once you learn the system, it doesn’t matter the challenge. From this point on, you will know how to address it. You can teach your loved ones, first by example. You are probably 4th generation addict to your specific challenge, be it drugs, alcohol, food, anger, rage, control, helicoptering, sarcasm, bullying, codependency etc.

We want the class sizes between 3 – 6 people. This class already has three participants. If more than three sign up, then we will create another class. You are officially in the class upon payment.
